In the competitive cell phone industry, decisions about rate reductions, plan benefits, phone features and special promotions need to be communicated from the board room to consumers immediately. Sometimes the news has been planned proactively, and other times it’s a response to beat a competitor’s offer. Either way, time is of the essence — and industry leader Sprint Prepaid Group understands this better than anyone.

It’s not easy to launch a coordinated promotion to millions of consumers. Sprint’s communication pieces range from window clings and posters to brochures and banners, and they need to be printed and distributed — in varying quantities — to thousands of locations nationwide. TCG handles these logistics at lightning speed, while providing immaculate attention to detail. For example, for one Sprint project we printed 9 different items, for a total of 5.2 million pieces, and packaged and distributed them to 9,100 locations (which received varying combinations of the 9 items), within one week — and it was a holiday weekend.

We understand that it doesn’t do any good to get the job completed, however, if it’s not perfect. We check for typos and mistakes. We verify that the printing colors come out exactly right to ensure consistent branding across all pieces. We have shipping boxes custom made for each order so nothing arrives wrinkled or bent. Sprint’s goal for us is to reach consumers first, and reach them fast. We make sure it happens.
